SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our returns policy allows customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within up to 10 working days. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind requests may be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the product in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged items, or if the product received does not match the order placed. To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact our support team and provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Once the request has been approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. The new item will be dispatched after confirmation of the return of the original product or as instructed by our support team. We do not offer exchanges for personal preference reasons, such as colour, size, or model, where these details are accurately described on the product page.
